Penny was born and raised in Eagle Lake, Colorado County and has lived here all of my life. Living in a small town makes you really know people and also the land that makes this area. Her passion has always been real estate whether it was when she worked for a Mortgage Company in the construction lending department with new home builders or just riding out on a piece of property loving the fresh air and scenery. Penny has been a real estate agent for 18 years and truly likes to explain to the buyer or seller understand what the process is from listing /or buying the property to each step along the way to the signing at closing. Hi! My name is Daphne Powers and I am first generation Dutch American! Lived in Katy, Texas where I attended and graduated from Katy High School and then went on to Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. I have a degree in Interior Design and a minor in Art which I believe gives me an advantage in the real estate world.

Currently living in the Bellville area allows me to share what this area has to offer to potential buyers who are looking to get out of big cities. Small town living is done right in Austin & Washington Counties while still being close enough to bigger city amenities. I love to be outdoors, ranch, paint, create, read, cook, hunt, garden and go on adventures with my family in our camper.

Prior to her career in Real Estate, Sheila spent over 25 years in Industrial Sales, which provided her valuable skills in customer service and negotiation.
