Investing in commercial property in 1999 as an owner/operator has allowed me the opportunity to pursue my passion...Real Estate. Owner of LoneStar Properties & Broker, Sara received her real estate license in 1991 and has continued to be one of the Top Agents in the Hill Country during her career. Sara was voted BEST OF THE BEST Silver Award Realtor for Kendall County in 2018 by the Boerne community. She went on to earn her Broker's License in 2012 and established her own Brokerage Firm, LoneStar Properties. As the Broker and Owner of LoneStar Properties, Sara prides herself on providing quality service to each and every one of her clients. Her vision for LoneStar Properties is to provide a quality real estate office where clients can receive experience, skill and dedication from all the agents. Sara has created a hard-working team environment of agents with a passion and commitment to the Boerne community. Sara's long-standing career in the Boerne and Hill Country area makes her an expert in her field. She is highly experienced in residential properties, acreage/lots, leasing, and property management. Along with co-owning LoneStar Properties, Sara is also the owner of the Boerne LoneStar Property Management. She has worked extensively with buyers, sellers and investors over the many years of her career. After college graduation her daughter, Shannan Gleason joined her as an agent. Her daughter and son in law, Ricky Gleason have blessed her with three beautiful grandchildren, Landen, Sophia & Gemma.

Pat Welch, a native Texan, graduated from Churchill High School in San Antonio. He proudly served in the US Navy aboard the USS Sylvania, then returned home and started a remodeling company of his own where he gained experience by working with realtors & investors on their homes. He confirmed his "life passion" of buying and selling homes. In 1992, He made the decision to become a licensed Realtor with Better Homes & Gardens where he also learned the art of Listing & Marketing client's homes in order present them in the most professional way, and Sell them in a short amount of time. The knowledge and experience gained by working with realtors & investors on their homes, confirmed His "life passion" of buying and selling homes. In 1992, He made the decision to become a licensed Realtor and work hard to help others in finding their dream home. He also learned the art of Listing & Marketing client's homes in order present them in the most professional way, and sell them in a short amount of time. He loves the industry and after researching the many companies out there, chose the Coldwell Banker, D'Ann Harper organization. Pat felt he was called to join their Realty team and be a part of a closely knit family that cares deeply about people, puts God first, and specializes in finding families the perfect home!
